2. Our Services

All work is carried out by qualified, insured tradespeople to high industry standards.

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

Deposits may be required to secure your project date (typically 25-50% of total cost)

Variations to agreed work may result in additional charges

Payment schedules will be agreed in writing before work commences

All prices include VAT where applicable

4. Design Process

Initial consultations are provided to discuss your requirements

Design proposals remain our intellectual property until full payment

You may request reasonable design modifications during the consultation phase

Final designs must be approved in writing before ordering/installation begins

5. Installation and Timing

We aim to complete work within agreed timeframes

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., structural issues, supply delays)

We will keep you informed of any potential delays as soon as possible

Access to the work area must be maintained throughout the project

6. Materials and Workmanship

All materials supplied meet relevant British Standards

Any defects in workmanship will be rectified free of charge during the warranty period

7. Your Responsibilities

Ensure safe access to work areas

Remove personal belongings from work areas

Arrange for adequate utilities (gas, electricity, water) as required

Obtain any necessary planning permissions or building regulations approval

Make final payment within agreed terms

8. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

You have 14 days to cancel after agreeing to our services (cooling-off period)

This right is lost once installation work begins at your request

Bespoke items ordered specifically for your project cannot be cancelled once production starts

Cancellation must be in writing

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of remedying defective work

We are not liable for consequential losses (e.g., alternative accommodation costs)

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance

Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, supply chain disruptions, or government restrictions.

Our comprehensive design service includes the initial consultation, detailed 3D visualisations, technical drawings, material and finish selection, appliance recommendations, and project planning. The design consultation is completely free with no obligation to proceed.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?

Yes, we provide a comprehensive guarantee on all our work. Our bespoke units come with a 10-year guarantee, and all installation work is guaranteed for 2 years. We're fully insured and stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

Can you work with my existing appliances?

Certainly. We can design your bespoke kitchen around your existing appliances if they're in good condition and suit your new design. Alternatively, we can recommend and supply new appliances that perfectly complement your kitchen's style and functionality.
